Frequently Asked
How does booking work?
Just DM our Instagram page @atelierhaus.au with your preferred date and time. We'll confirm your session directly. Solo Creator members can book in 1 to 5 hour blocks, Business Creator members can book in 1 to 10 hour blocks.
How does billing work?
Your first month is paid upfront when you join. After that, you're billed monthly on the same date you started. There's a 3-month minimum commitment, but you're never paying more than one month at a time.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours do not roll over month to month. Your allocation resets on your billing date each month. We encourage you to use all your hours — that's what the membership is for.
Can I bring other people to my session?
Yes — both membership tiers allow you to bring guests, clients, models, hair and makeup artists, or team members to your sessions.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, we ask for a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Billing is monthly — we never charge multiple months upfront.
Can I purchase additional hours?
Yes. Business Creator members get 20% off additional hours ($76/hr instead of $95/hr). Solo Creator members can add hours at the standard studio rate of $95/hr.
